The Nest- Part 5

Sad news today from the nest. We had 3 little birds until this afternoon. I saw a big black bird fly off from the back yard with something in its mouth. I had a bad feeling in my stomach so I went out and looked in the nest.... the bird had taken one of the baby robins. I could not tell if it was a hawk or what, but it was big and black. The momma bird was away from the nest... out trying to get more food and in a blink of an eye..... gone, one baby robin... its the same way with us... if for some reason we don't stay close to Jesus the big black bird (devil) will take us away and devour us! The good news about Jesus and his Holy Spirit is HE NEVER LEAVES US like the momma bird did... he is always there... we are the ones that leave his side... so stay close to Jesus and keep seeking him and his food (word) and we will be able to grow strong and leave the nest but yet, we'll still need his wind (Holy Spirit) to be able to fly in our journey!
He's waiting.... to protect us from the big black bird... will you let him
