The Nasty Surprize

I hate it when God reminds me or teaches me something by doing things to me that are not pleasant. This morning my wife had a container that had some chocolate covered coffee beans in it. Without thinking too much (which was my first mistake) I popped one into my mouth and started to chew.... Now let me tell you... I HATE COFFEY!!!! I thought I was going to puke... and of course my wife was right there to say... "duhhhhhh you hate coffee".... its just like SIN... no matter how much you cover up the sin with good things its STILL SIN! Things may look good on the outside but underneath it may be nasty. For me the thing to do is stay away from the coffee cover by chocolate. To learn that the sin inside the good stuff makes the WHOLE thing nasty! Even though I love chocolate when its covering coffee... I am staying away from it!! Thank Jesus for teaching/reminding me that I need to stay away from the nasty thing called sin in my life!
